It has come to our notice that there have been incidents of fraud pertaining to the misrepresentation of our corporate identity. Names of Pytheas’ company executives have also been fraudulently misrepresented.

It has also come to our notice that perpetrators have intentionally attempted to defame our corporate name and that of company executives of ours.

Pytheas hereby declares that we have not authorised any person or company of any origin to conduct any business for and on our behalf and/or sign any agreement for and on our behalf and/or receive any payment whatsoever for and or our behalf. Furthermore, Pytheas declares and clarifies that we never accept upfront fees or upfront commissions of any sort and kind.

We at Pytheas will reserve the right to take legal action against any person and/or company that infringes on our corporate identity and/or exploits our corporate names, our staff members in their corporate capacity and other intellectual properties.
